MISSING ITEMS/DAMAGES
If an item is missing from your order or arrived damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of charge to you. Our team may request photos of damaged products, which are used to improve the customer experience. You must notify us of these issues within 7 days of delivery date.
RETURN TO SENDER/REFUSED DELIVERY/RESTOCKING FEE
Packages that are returned unopened to sender or refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
If a refund is issued, a credit will be made to the original form of payment on the order. We will send a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated. The funds should appear back to your method of payment between 2-10 Business Days, depending on your financial institution.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 Business Days, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to track the status of your refund.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. US return shipping is free of charge and on us. Céleste Switala allows 30 day returns and exchanges for all products with the exception of those listed below.
- Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Additionally if a purchase was completed during a sale or with the use a discount code, only the amount paid at the time of purchase will be eligible for a refund, not the full retail value.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.
- Please note that any Kits, Merch, Gifts with Purchase, Box Sets, Routine Kits or Mystery Boxes are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange
- Céleste Switala accepts exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 30 days of original purchase date. If there is an inequivalent balance from your original order after an exchange, a gift card with the remaining balance will be issued to you for future purchases at celesteswitala.com
