Q: Why Silk?
A: Multipurpose and multifunctional wearable art. Silk is great for keeping your hair protected and soft when used as a head wrap or pillowcase. Silk helps to regulate your body temperature by keeping you cool in summers and warm in the winters making it the perfect piece of clothing accessory any time of year.
Q: What size are your square silk scarves?
A: Our 42” square silk scarves fit most body types, shapes and sizes. Hang it on your body or on a wall at home, these one of a kind hand painted creations bring joy and pizazz however you choose to incorporate them in your life!
Q: How do I wash and care for my silk scarf?
A: Create a small bath in your sink or small container with a mixture of a little gentle liquid soap or detergent and cold water. Do not use bleach. Place your scarf into the mixture and carefully knead and massage the silk in the soapy mixture. Be careful not to scrunch or ring the silk too hard or tightly as this will create fine lines of color leakage from the designs making them appear more worn and old faster. Hang or lay flat to dry. Iron once completely dry on a low corresponding setting.
Q: Why should I only use cold water when washing my silk pieces?
A: Like your hair, using warm or hot water will cause color leaks and changes in the colors. This is because the warmer temperatures open the natural fibers allowing the dyes to wash out easier, while cold water keeps the silk fibers nice and tight as you cleanse allowing for longer vibrancy and quality of your silk pieces over time. Ironing a wet silk piece creates hot steam, which also opens the fibers and creates color leaks. It is for this reason that we recommend ironing your silks once they are completely dry.
Q: What are the scrunchies made from and how do I take care of mine?
A: Our super soft hand crocheted scrunchies from “Celp.Made” are 100% polyester. We recommend hand washing as necessary with a gentle soap and laying flat to dry. Do not bleach.

A: We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and the UK. If you do not see your country listed here, please reach out to us here (link to contact page) to send an inquiry. We would love for our products to reach you, wherever you may be in the world.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: It all depends on the shipping service and provider you selected! In stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have a longer turnaround time because we are hand painting your item specifically for you. Please visit our Shipping Page to get an accurate idea of when you can expect your package!
Q: How do I get my Pro discount after I signed up?
A: Once your application is approved, make sure that you are logged into your Lech Lecha Beauty account before you begin shopping. Once logged in, you will be receiving the discount automatically. There is no promo code or coupon necessary.
Q: I added a Sale item to my order, but my regular 10% discount was not applied to it.
A: Lech Lecha Beauty does not combine any two discounts at the same time. The website will extend the greater discount being offered at that time.Example: If you normally receive a 10% discount when shopping on our website, and the sale item you selected was being offered for 25% at that time, the website will extend to you the 25% discount at that time. The lower discount will be dismissed in the presence of a greater discount.
